When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to send all orders within 2 working days however the lead time may be longer during busy periods. If you require your order sooner please upgrade your shipping method at checkout.

 

When will I receive my order?

We send all orders via either second class Royal Mail delivery (3-5 working days) or via courier (2-4 working days). If you need your order sooner please upgrade your shipping method at checkout.

 

I have a problem with my order.

I'd like to return/exchange my order.

Can I see the items in person?

Yes of course, our shop is in the Bristol Arcade in Sleaford (NG34 7ST) and you can visit us on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays between 10am and 3pm.
